Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping

• All physical orders ship from Atlanta, GA
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (USPS)
• We currently ship within the United States only
• International shipping is not yet available — international fans can purchase digital copies
• Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships

2. Digital Delivery

• Digital comics are delivered immediately after purchase via email
• Digital files are DRM-free PDF format
• If you don't receive your digital order within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us

3. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
• Physical products: contact us within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges
• Items must be in original condition (unopened, undamaged)
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Damaged or defective items: contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost

4. Kickstarter Orders

• Kickstarter rewards are fulfilled separately from store orders
• Kickstarter fulfillment timelines are communicated through Kickstarter updates
• Kickstarter orders are not eligible for standard returns — contact us directly if there's an issue
